Xiaomeisha is a quiet bay with beach access adjacent to the urban conglomerations of the Greater Bay Area. The site is surrounded by mountains and the sea and is conveniently located within a short drive to the center of Shenzhen and has a subway station on site.

The new scheme intends to provide an exciting urban beach district, which will offer a strong urban identity, reflecting its rich heritage and accommodates a diverse range of commercial functions keeping the focus on the public space and the end-users.

The design integrates a residential, a working and a leisure population in close proximity to tourist attractions. A ‘flying box’ arts center with a vibrant wave rain screen façade is iconic highlight of the development.
