Located on an artificial, 5km long, Lotus Flower shaped island on Hainan’s North Coast a central leisure and retail district is planned catering for the high increase of tourism due to the provinces’ new visa free travel regulations.

Inspired by Hainan island’s qualities the future commercial landmark at the centre of the island reflects on the sites natural beauty and climate combining it with a contemporary architectural proposal with the purpose of establishing a strong and lasting relationship.
