From the outset the inner-city site is a designated location for cultural activity. The concept suggests to create a cathedral to learning, a mixed-use project that houses not only a public library serving the public but also a mall with a 24h large scale bookstore loosely modeled on the Eslite bookstores from Taiwan.
The pleasure of thumbing through old books and enjoying the sensations of smelling the paper and print and engaging in themes of personal interest, the development will provide for a variety of opportunities for the visitor and shopper and student to rest and take time to read, enjoy a coffee or discuss their stories over dinner with their friends by the water-edge.
